The Salome Gallery is a unique and innovative project, turning a drab meeting room into a popular gallery space at the Social inclusion, Hope and Recovery Project (SHARP), a service based in Brixton working with people with psychosis. Since being established in 2011 it has exhibited the work of over 120 artists, many of whom use mental health services. The gallery has transformed the physical environment and the experiences for staff and service users at SHARP, as well as giving a platform for emerging artists to exhibit.

1 October - 2 October, Tribe16, Ugly Duck, London, UK
Conceived as an immersive multicultural festival engaging a diversity of art forms including 2D art works, sculpture, dance, graffiti, art installation, video and performance, #TRIBE16 was held the first weekend of October (Friday 30 September - Sunday 2 October 2016) in one of the most exciting venues in the heart of London. We returned to Ugly Duck’s 47/49 Tanner Street, a spectacular 12,000 sq.ft Victorian warehouse spanning over 3 floors and 5 different areas that became a utopian space where notions of physicality and the limitations associated with it were challenged through a dense network of multiple human relations and energies.

FLESH
20-25 October 2015
Private View: Thursday 22 October 6-9 pmFlesh. Just the sound of the word is evocative and provocative. For some it conjures thoughts of a juicy steak, served rare, still slightly bloody. For others it brings images of Soho bookshops and red-light windows in Amsterdam. And for the spiritually-minded, there's the mystery of communion and of God made flesh in Jesus.

The Artworks Elephant
The Artworks is a new creative entrepreneurial hub in the heart of Elephant & Castle that is looking to elevate new businesses and offer enjoyable experiences to locals, Londoners and international visitors.

Comprised of 39 brightly coloured shipping containers arranged over three floors these steel boxes are flexible. Each Container is 40ft long and 8ft wide and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 desks.

The Artworks is bringing in a good concentration of creative businesses. The ground floor units are occupied with up and coming food and drink businesses.
